Natalia Liashenko represents domestic and international clients in corporate, cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and foreign direct investment.

Professional Biography


Ms. Liashenko provides clients with multi-jurisdictional and multilingual support in the U.S. and many foreign jurisdictions, including Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Brazil. In her general corporate practice, Ms. Liashenko assists foreign companies seeking to establish a presence in the U.S. She has experience with the analysis and management of the operation and maintenance (O&M) service contracts of a global O&M services provider for renewable energy assets in the U.S., Germany, France, Italy, and Morocco. In addition, as a member of the Firm's Cross-Border Transactions Group, she works collaboratively with attorneys in different offices on complex cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.

Ms. Liashenko worked as a law clerk for the World Bank in Washington D.C. and with law firms in Brussels, Belgium and a commercial law firm headquartered in Germany. She also worked for the European Commission’s Directorate Justice and Consumers where she advised clients and stakeholders on the interpretation of the European Union’s directives and regulations.

She is fluent in German, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
