Maygan represents financial institutions, commercial real estate developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private businesses with secured lending matters including asset-based, construction, and syndicated loans.

Maygan also assists clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including working to obtain tax and economic development incentives.

Maygan is actively involved with community development work on a pro bono basis.
