Karen assists clients in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Her practice includes assisting in general commercial litigation, including banking, employment, antitrust, and intellectual property related matters. She has also participated in a variety of pro bono matters, including serving as a guardian ad litem and assisting with drafting a compassionate release motion.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Karen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas L. Parker of the Western District of Tennessee, where she worked on a wide range of civil litigation matters and helped prepare for criminal trials. As a law clerk, Karen gained a deeper understanding of how litigation moves through federal courts and a great appreciation of the decision-making process.
Before transitioning to a career in the legal field, Ms. Glover completed Teach for America and taught English language arts for four years in Mississippi.
