Karen Lott Glover

Karen Glover is an associate in the Memphis office and a member of the Advocacy Department.

Professional Biography


Ms. Glover assists clients in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Her practice includes assisting in general commercial litigation, banking disputes, and employment related matters. Ms. Glover also volunteers as guardian ad litem in pro bono cases through the Community Legal Center in Memphis, Tennessee.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Glover served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas L. Parker of the Western District of Tennessee, where she worked on a wide range of civil litigation matters and helped prepare for criminal trials. As a law clerk, Ms. Glover gained a deeper understanding of how litigation moves through federal courts and a great appreciation for the decision-making process. 

Before transitioning to a career in the legal field, Ms. Glover completed Teach for America and taught English Language Arts for four years in Mississippi.
