Professional Biography


Ms. DeRensis is an associate attorney in the Firm's Nashville office, and her bankruptcy work includes a focus on creditor issues in Chapter 11 cases involving individual debtors. She has experience representing CMBS servicers in various matters, including receivership actions and guarantor recovery.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. DeRensis worked with the Volunteer Lawyers & Professionals for the Arts, a program of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville. She continues to volunteer for them on a pro bono basis.
