Overview

Jackson assists clients in developing, financing, acquiring, and leasing commercial real estate. Representing clients in complex real estate transactions, he routinely drafts purchase agreements, leases, and easements, and reviews title exception documents, surveys, zoning reports, and other real property-specific matters. Additionally, Jackson regularly assists franchise clients with drafting and negotiating leases before opening new franchise locations.

As lender's counsel, Jackson drafts and negotiates credit agreements and various ancillary loan documents for single-asset and portfolio transactions, and he uses his experience as lender's counsel to better position his borrowing clients while working on the other side of a financing.
