Ira works with attorneys and in-house corporate legal departments to promote efficient and effective legal representation within the scope of any project. His guidance is informed by practical experience, including certifications in process improvement methods, prior experience as a practicing litigation attorney, and extensive project management experience from more than 12 years of service in both the Marine Corps and Mississippi Army National Guard.
Ira also brings practical business knowledge to client engagements, drawing upon many years of working with clients in manufacturing and production. He plays a key role in ensuring that complex matters are clearly defined and scoped at the outset by assisting in the development of process controls, staffing, budgeting, and an agreed-upon schedule to meet the client's operational and strategic goals.
