The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is soliciting comments from the public on the Administration's proposals to reduce drug prices and is targeting the 340B drug pricing program as an area of focus. The Administration has also raised questions about how Medicare payments to hospitals affect drug prices.

Join Baker Donelson as we provide an overview of the questions raised by the Administration related to the 340B program and other hospital issues, as well as the potential impact on hospitals from possible changes. This presentation shares perspective on what to expect as we move forward on how the Administration and Congress plan to address high drug prices and the 340B program.
