Guy Tustin is an associate who represents companies in a variety of industries in litigation matters.

Professional Biography

Guy is a member of Baker Donelson's Advocacy Department, where he focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation.

Before joining Baker Donelson, Guy served as a law clerk for Judge Jerome T. Kearney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. During law school, he served as a law clerk for Judge Tammy Harrington in the Circuit Court of Blount County, Tennessee.

Guy also worked as a student attorney at the University of Tennessee Legal Clinic, where he represented clients in various types of legal disputes involving criminal, housing, and juvenile law.
