Join Baker Donelson of counsel Dilnaz Saleem for her seminar, "Global Mobility: Managing Foreign Talent Acquisition and Retention", at The HRSouthwest Conference on Monday, October 15, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Increased globalization means that employers must reassess the way that they manage their immigration programs, especially in light of the heightened focus on immigration enforcement and compliance. As a part of the Global HR & Cultural Effectiveness track, Ms. Saleem's session will provide an update on the issues that are currently affecting international organizations and how HR and global mobility professionals can mobilize teams to meet both short and long-term business demands.

The HRSouthwest Conference (HRSWC), powered by DallasHR, was founded in 1941 and is recognized today as one of the largest regional human resources events in the United States. The conference offers educational sessions, nationally renowned keynote speakers and a Marketplace of 200+ solution and service providers. This year's educational sessions are offered in nine session tracks which encompass both the HRCI Body of Knowledge and the SHRM Body of Competency & Knowledge.

The full conference takes place October 14 – 17. For more information and to register, click here.
