Professional Biography

Mr. Drogosch defends motor carrier clients in transportation and logistics litigation, advises on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations compliance, and helps clients navigate complex insurance coverage disputes. His practice includes providing defense in disputes related to catastrophic injuries and wrongful death and evaluating and litigating insurance policies in a broad range of insurance coverage and bad faith matters.

Before joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Drogosch practiced at an Atlanta law firm where he handled matters involving transportation litigation, products liability, and premises liability. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Drogosch worked in Audit & Assurance for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.
