Mr. O'Hale, an associate in Baker Donelson's Business Litigation Group, assists clients across a broad range of industries at both the trial and appellate levels.
While working as an associate in a North Carolina law firm, Mr. O'Hale represented individuals and corporations in connection with criminal and administrative proceedings. He served as first chair on criminal bench and jury trials, and he litigated cases from the pleadings phase through adjudication and appeal. He also presented oral arguments before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. O'Hale served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lance M. Africk, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Mr. O'Hale is fluent in speaking and writing French.
