Carl Krausnick concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, secured lending, general business, and corporate transactions.

Professional Biography


Carl Krausnick represents clients, including landowners, developers, and entrepreneurs in connection with various real estate and business transactions. His experience includes negotiating leases and handling lease disputes; representing clients before municipal and county authorities regarding zoning, land use, variance, and other matters; forming business entities; and negotiating terms of franchise agreements and purchase of related assets. Mr. Krausnick also serves as lender's counsel and borrower's counsel in various commercial lending transactions.

Prior to graduation from law school, Mr. Krausnick served as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Charmiane G. Claxton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
