Dawn frequently serves as outside counsel to a wide variety of businesses seeking assistance with structuring, drafting, and negotiating software and content licenses, distribution and supply arrangements, vendor, service provider, and sales agreements, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS agreements, internet and e-commerce transactions, and strategy for managed service relationships among other topics.
