Professional Biography


Ms. Davis has more than 30 years of experience representing national and regional lenders and lessors in commercial lending and leasing transactions.

Her practice includes structuring, documenting, negotiating and syndicating various types of credit facilities. Ms. Davis also represents lenders and lessors in connection with various workout matters. She is involved in preparing collateral and structure analysis, drafting and development of strategy outlines, and the preparation of forbearance and restructuring agreements.

A frequent lecturer, she is also the author of numerous articles and papers on synthetic leasing, health care lending, and other financing subjects.
