Daniel Sternthal Appointed to LeadingAge Legal Committee

Daniel Sternthal, a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Houston, Texas office, has been appointed to a three-year term on LeadingAge's Legal Committee.

LeadingAge, an association of non-profit organizations serving the long term care industry, is dedicated to expanding the possibilities for the aging community through advancing policies, promoting practice and conducting research that supports, enables and powers power to live fully as they age. The Legal Committee is comprised of individuals who analyze issues related to public policy and provider operations, monitor state-level legal issues, assist with legal education sessions for the organization and provide recommendations on use of the Legal Fund.

Mr. Sternthal is a member of Baker Donelson's Health Law Group and is board certified in health law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He represents clients across the continuum of care, including individual and group medical practices, hospitals, long term care facilities and ancillary service providers. Mr. Sternthal serves as the vice chair of Educational Programming for the Post-Acute and Long Term Care Services Group of the American Health Lawyers Association.
