Join us discuss the nationwide waivers applicable to the physician-self referral (Stark) law during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

This webinar will focus on the scope of the waivers that provide hospitals, laboratories and other designated health services entities flexibility regarding physician arrangements during this time period. We will also cover:

  • Purpose and duration of the physician self-referral law waivers
  • "COVID-19 Purposes" for which the waivers can be utilized
  • Scope of the 18 blanket waivers – what they cover and what they don't
  • Practice guidance regarding the use of the waivers
  • Process for obtaining arrangement-specific waivers
