Professional Biography

Overview

Ms. White's broad litigation experience includes representing employers against claims of race, sex, age, national origin, and disability discrimination as well as breach of contract, retaliation, defamation, harassment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims.

As an experienced advocate for employers, Ms. White has successfully defended clients in cases involving critical workplace issues at the federal and state levels. Ms. White focuses a large part of her practice on wage and hour compliance and litigation. She has represented employers in the energy industry in numerous individual, mass plaintiff, and collective actions in addition to handling United States Department of Labor audits and investigations for companies.

Ms. White also has successfully represented employers in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and has experience defending federal and state law claims involving employee benefits, wages, and family and medical leave issues. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. White regularly advises and counsels employers on a wide variety of employment-related issues.
