Mr. Kassouf brings more than 15 years of experience in the investment banking, credit, and securitization markets to the practice of law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kassouf structured and traded collateralized debt obligations and other securitized assets and credit products at one of the world's largest banks. He rated collateralized debt obligations and other structured products at a nationally recognized statistical rating organization, and he structured general obligation, project finance, and securitization bonds for municipal clients at an investment bank.
As an attorney, Mr. Kassouf brings this experience to his legal work. Since being admitted to the bar, Mr. Kassouf routinely advises clients on business formations and transformations, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, asset sales, reorganizations, partner buyouts or exits, regulatory and corporate compliance, and private securities offerings.
