Professional Biography

Catherine represents clients across a diverse range of industries. She also has significant experience representing commercial lenders and borrowers, private equity firms and other financial institutions in acquisitions and leveraged finance, asset-based lending, reserve-based lending and structured finance. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, she was a Dallas-based banking and finance associate at an internationally recognized law firm.
