Professional Biography

Ms. Exnicios is a member of the Corporate Group in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office. Ms. Exnicios advises clients on a variety of transactional matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing/complex lending transactions and real estate. Her practice includes the representation of public and private companies, financial institutions, venture capital funds and emerging companies.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Exnicios worked with an investment firm where she structured complex business transactions and focused on the firm's fundraising, tax, compliance and expansion efforts.
