Bradley Cook is a health care attorney with a focus on regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, compliance, reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, overpayment audits and appeals, in addition to business transactions. Bradley's clients include pharmacies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment suppliers, home health agencies, diagnostic testing facilities, laboratories, and other health care providers.

Bradley also counsels clients with complex business models on the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and HIPAA. Bradley regularly counsels clients on state licensure requirements as well as enrollment issues related to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors.

  • Assisted with the sales of large pharmacies and durable medical equipment suppliers with Medicaid enrollments in multiple states and territories.

  • Counseled pharmacy and durable medical equipment suppliers on fraud and abuse issues, including state and federal kickback and physician self-referral statutes.

  • Represented pharmacies and DMEPOS companies in health care regulatory matters during mergers and acquisitions, including state and federal licensure issues and fraud and abuse analysis.

  • Represented DMEPOS and pharmacy clients in supplier number revocation actions against the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Advised health care clients on complying with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, CMPs, and HIPAA.
