Join Baker Donelson Shareholder and Program co-Chair Joe Whitley at the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section's Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute, September 7 – 8, at the Château Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, Georgia. The institute will be a two-day program featuring topflight practitioners from around the nation covering topics such as False Claims Act litigation, bribery and corruption, the Trump Administration and the DOJ, criminal discovery and procedure, and ethics.

Baker Donelson is proud to serve as a sponsor for this program that will also feature panels taught by more than 30 leaders in the field of white collar crime. There will be ample networking opportunities, as well as downtime to take advantage of the numerous amenities and activities of the host resort.
