Christine M. White of Baker Donelson has earned certification as a civil mediator pursuant to La. R.S. 9:4106 of the Louisiana Mediation Act, which allows her to serve as a court-appointed or party-selected mediator in all Louisiana courts and in private mediations.
Ms. White, chair of the Women's Initiative in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office and a member of the Firm's Labor & Employment Group, focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour and restrictive covenant litigation, mediation, counseling, and alternative dispute resolution. She has participated in mediations and arbitrations in a wide range of employment and business-related disputes.
A graduate of Loyola University Law School, Ms. White served on the Loyola Law Review and, after graduating, served as a law clerk to the late Pascal F. Calogero, Jr., former Chief Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court. She is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas and is a member of the Louisiana, New Orleans, and Texas Bar Associations.
