(Atlanta, GA / August 26, 2013) Amy Tidwell Andrews has joined Baker Donelson's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Group as an associate in the Firm's Atlanta office.
Mrs. Andrews counsels clients on a range of corporate and commercial real estate transactions and business development opportunities. Her experience includes assisting clients with land management and natural resources issues, including endangered species habitat protection, sustainable forestry, utility and access easements, conservation easements, and permitting, compliance and regulatory matters. Mrs. Andrews has advised clients regarding the development of business opportunities in the areas of renewable energy and carbon credits, and she has worked with nonprofit organizations in matters of corporate governance, strategic planning, fundraising, lobbying, intellectual property and contract.
A 2009 cum laude graduate of the Georgia State University School of Law, Mrs. Andrews is a member of the Atlanta and Georgia Bar Associations. She helped found and currently serves on the board of directors for Keeping It Wild, a local nonprofit environmental organization.
