Professional Biography

Austin Wingerson is an associate in Baker Donelson's Houston office and a member of the Financial Services Department. He assists clients with regulatory matters, including commercial state disclosures, and has significant experience assisting clients with commercial lending, real estate transactions, and commercial restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

Austin has represented several secured creditors in bankruptcy matters including stay relief motions, plan objections, and cash collateral issues. He also represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including creditors' rights, commercial disputes, insurance, and tort-based claims.
