What’s the most important thing you do in your job?
Beyond fostering a positive experience for my colleagues and clients, a significant focus of my practice is guiding clients through the complexities of generative AI. This rapidly evolving area of law and regulation is particularly intriguing. As new tools and use cases emerge, industries such as health care, finance and insurance must integrate this technology within existing regulatory frameworks, as well as keeping pace with newer regulations and legal requirements.
What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?
Billable hours – it is an aspect of the legal profession that is equally disliked by lawyers and clients.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
Neuropsychology. I would really enjoy studying and researching how brain structure and function influence cognitive abilities, emotions, and behaviors.
