Adrienne Greenberg concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law and financial services transactional work.

Professional Biography


Ms. Greenberg assists clients in the areas of corporate and securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Ms. Greenberg's practice includes advising emerging and later-stage companies regarding private offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentive plans, employment and consulting arrangements, bank financings, joint ventures and general corporate matters. She also advises clients on equipment leases and finance matters, including motor vehicle fleet financing and titling trusts.

While in law school, Ms. Greenberg served multiple summers as a legal intern with a Washington D.C. law firm that provided transactional legal services to the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. While there, she drafted financing documents such as credit agreements, power purchase agreements, and loan agreements.

Ms. Greenberg also was a law clerk for the United States Senate, Committee on Finance, Office of the Committee Chairman.

Ms. Greenberg is fluent in French and supports her team in French-language matters.
