Adrienne Greenberg concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law and financial services transactional work.

Professional Biography

Ms. Greenberg is an associate in Baker Donelson's Baltimore office and assists clients in a variety of financial, business and commercial matters.

Ms. Greenberg's practice includes real estate development transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and loan modifications. She also advises clients on equipment leases and finance matters, as well as, motor vehicle fleet financing and titling trusts, and general corporate and commercial transactions, including third-party purchase or financing.

While in law school, Ms. Greenberg served multiple summers as a legal intern with a Washington D.C. law firm that provided transactional legal services to the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. While there, she drafted financing documents such as credit agreements, power purchase agreements, and loan agreements.

Ms. Greenberg also served as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Association and as a law clerk for the United States Senate, Committee on Finance, Office of the Committee Chairman. Her work for these organizations included researching and drafting memoranda on issues relating to international trade, United States Mexico Canada Agreement and on issues directly affecting American manufacturing companies.

Ms. Greenberg is fluent in French and supports her team in French-language matters.
