Professional Biography


Adrienne Greenberg, an associate in Baker Donelson's Baltimore office and a member of the Financial Services Practice, assists clients in a variety of commercial transactions.

While in law school, Adrienne served as a legal intern with a Washington D.C. law firm that provided transactional legal services to the clean energy and sustainability sectors. While there, she drafted financing documents such as credit agreements, security documents, note purchase agreements, and loan agreements.

Adrienne also served as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Association and as a law clerk for the United States Senate, Committee on Finance, Office of the Committee Chairman. Her work for these organizations included researching and drafting memoranda on issues relating to international trade, NAFTA/ USMCA and on issues directly affecting American manufacturing companies.

Adrienne is fluent in French.
