Professional Biography

Ms. Olugbemi focuses her practice in the health care regulatory space. She assists clients with the review and analysis of hospital agreements and proposed transactions to identify potential Stark and/or Anti-Kickback Statute concerns. Ms. Olugbemi also works with clients to develop and review health system policies and navigate compliance concerns with alternative payment models, and review Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement matters.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Olugbemi worked for The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation in Baltimore, Maryland, as an EEO and health law analyst. Ms. Olugbemi received her J.D., with a Health Law Certificate, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
