Join Baker Donelson shareholder and Program Co-chair Joe Whitley at the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice's Homeland Security Law Institute, September 25 – 27, at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. The focus of this year's three-day institute will be cybersecurity, but the program will also feature topflight practitioners from around the nation covering other topics such as incident response, immigration, investment and trade, global security and more.

Baker Donelson is proud to serve as a sponsor for this program that will feature panels taught by more than 50 leaders in the field of homeland security. Appointed by President George W. Bush as the first General Counsel of the United States Department of Homeland Security, Mr. Whitley will offer opening remarks, as well as moderate the panel, "Homeland Security and the Law of Investment & Trade." He will also be joined at the institute by shareholder Alisa L. Chestler (CIPP/US) who will present on the panel "The Role of Lawyers in Cybersecurity."
