Throughout her career, Mrs. Bey has worked with insurance companies and financial institutions, their officers and directors, and investment professionals in a wide variety of cases, including fraud actions, suitability cases, breach of fiduciary duty cases, defalcations, lender liability claims, and mortgage fraud matters in federal, state and tribal courts. In addition, Mrs. Bey has handled a wide variety of intentional business tort and contract disputes on behalf of domestic and international concerns in a wide variety of industry sectors, including marine, construction, insurance and manufacturing.
Mrs. Bey also has experience in personal injury and wrongful death claims and maritime liens. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Litigation Counsel of America. Mrs. Bey works out of the Jackson office.
