Professional Biography

Mr. Schram's clients include developers, lenders and managers of shopping centers and other retail, residential, mixed-use and office properties. He has been lead counsel for major developments in over 20 states ranging from multi-anchored enclosed regional malls to single-purpose stand-alone commercial facilities. Mr. Schram has served as legal counsel to The Hamilton County Industrial Development Board since 1983.
