Overview

As a member of the Advocacy Department, Robert assists clients in various business-related litigation matters, including casualty/liability defense issues, and health care issues, representing insurers and managed care entities in numerous regulatory and litigation issues.

Robert is a member of the Firm's 24 Hour Motor Carrier Emergency Response Team, a group of attorneys dedicated to providing rapid post-accident intervention and investigation throughout the Firm's footprint and beyond, whenever and wherever you need us.

  • Obtained a defense verdict at a jury trial on behalf of a transportation company in a personal injury case involving a motor vehicle collision.

  • Obtained multiple favorable settlements and dismissals for claims for damaged cargo under the Carmack Amendment.
