McSween, of the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, has been named an Outstanding Physician Practice Lawyer by Nightingale's Healthcare News, a newsletter for healthcare executives and professionals serving the healthcare industry. Mr. McSween is among 10 attorneys from across the country who were named to the list, which is published annually by Nightingale's.
Mr. McSween was recognized for his representation of physician groups, hospitals, health systems and private and publicly traded providers nationally in connection with physician transactions. His experience includes structuring joint ventures as well as advising clients regarding healthcare regulatory, licensure and reimbursement aspects of their business plans for physician joint ventures.
