Mitch's experience lies primarily in commercial litigation in which he assists clients in a broad range of matters including: personal injury defense, breach of contract, insurance coverage, and related complex business disputes. Mitch also regularly counsels clients ranging from start-ups and emerging companies to multi-national corporations on intellectual property issues. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Mitch counsels and represents clients in energy law matters with an emphasis on renewable and sustainable technology.
