Mark Glover Discusses Legal Project Management with the Memphis Business Journal


For in-house corporate counsel and outside law firms working through the fallout of the recession, predictability has become increasingly important, with cost control cited as the chief concern, according to Altman Weil’s 2012 Chief Legal Officer Survey. Memphis managing shareholder Mark Glover discusses with the Memphis Business Journal how Baker Donelson uses legal project management to address that concern by giving clients remote access to constantly updated progress reports that indicate which professionals are at work on a project, how much as been billed and when various stages of a case will take place, for example. "It's good for us and the client," Mr. Glover said.
