Professional Biography


As a member of the Advocacy Group, Ms. Climo supports government contractors in a broad array of pre-award matters, including solicitation and contract review and compliance, bid preparation, and pre-award protests. Post-award, Ms. Climo assists clients in analyzing and evaluating bid protests, as well as with managing and complying with contracts. She also advises clients responding to government investigations, including those involving False Claims Act allegations.

Ms. Climo also has experience advising not-for-profit and governmental entities on the laws, regulations and procedures relating to eligibility for federal disaster and mitigation assistance. Ms. Climo has successfully assisted clients facing de-obligation of funding with administrative appeals re-obligating hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding.
