Mr. Jones concentrates his practice in health care litigation, commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, general tort litigation and real estate litigation including annexation and eminent domain litigation.
In health care litigation, he has extensive experience in health law antitrust litigation, medical staff disciplinary proceedings and litigation, physician employment contracts disputes and litigation, hospital exclusive contract disputes and litigation, medical malpractice litigation, hospital management company disputes and litigation, physician practice management company disputes and litigation, managed care physician disputes and litigation, and federal and state false claims and anti-kickback regulatory actions and litigation. He has also served as a mediator, hearing officer, and hearing panel counsel in numerous peer review disciplinary proceedings. He has a wide range of experience in commercial business disputes and litigation, and real estate litigation including annexation and eminent domain litigation. In the toxic tort arena, Mr. Jones has extensive experience in the defense of mass tort cases involving exposure to asbestos, PCB's, benzene and silica. And, in asbestos litigation, he is a former national trial counsel for Raymark Industries, Inc., Raybestos Manhattan, Inc., Celotex, Inc., and Carey Canada, Inc. Mr. Jones also has experience in general tort litigation including fraternal organization tort suits. Finally, Mr. Jones has extensive experience in creating and implementing risk management systems and procedures in a variety of industries including the health care industry.
