The Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce's Tech Forum is hosting its first in a series of events focused on capital financing for technology companies. This inaugural event will consist of a panel discussion focused on capital financing for start-ups and emerging companies, with a specific emphasis on technology companies. The presentation will begin with a brief educational summary by Bill Osterbrock of Baker Donelson highlighting the various types of private funding opportunities, along with when they are typically available and what financiers are looking for from start-ups and emerging companies. This discussion will be followed up by a moderated panel that will include a brief summary by each panelist as to where in a company's business lifecycle that they typically get involved, basic investment parameters and other minimum requirements. The panel discussion will conclude with an audience Q&A.
