(Houston, TX / December 11, 2013) Eddy De Los Santos has been recognized as one of Houston Business Journal's "Top 40 Under Forty," a list recognizing successful business and community leaders in the Houston area.
Mr. De Los Santos is a shareholder in the Houston office of Baker Donelson and a member of the Firm's Product Liability & Mass Tort Group. He practices a wide variety of litigation, including commercial litigation, construction law, toxic tort, product liability, personal injury, real estate, commercial collections, subrogation and general business law. Mr. De Los Santos has been recognized the past two years as a "Houston Top Lawyer" by H Texas Magazine and is a member of the Texas Bar Association and of the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
A 2003 graduate of the South Texas College of Law, Mr. De Los Santos is an active member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church and has served as a coach for various YMCA youth sports teams. He dedicates a great deal of his time to Child Advocates, Inc. (CAI), Houston's chapter of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), which uses court-appointed volunteers to act as the voice for abused children. Mr. De Los Santos serves on the CAI board of directors and has handled several court cases since 2001.
