Dan Cohen Discusses the O'Bannon Case in USA Today

The NCAA has asked the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to stay an injunction in the Ed O'Bannon antitrust suit that would allow schools to begin offering football and men's basketball players deferred compensation for the use of their names, images and likenesses. In this USA Today article, Dan Cohen comments on whether Title IX comes into play. 

"I don't think you can answer that yet," said Mr. Cohen. "It would depend on how the trust fund accounts get set up. Schools would have a number of options on how they set up the accounts, and until you see how they structure the accounts it would just be speculative to say."
