Overview

Mr. Smith concentrates his practice in litigation with significant experience in the defense of automotive, drug and medical device product liability, as well as mass tort environmental litigation and professional liability for physicians, hospitals and long term care facilities. His experience also includes class action, commercial and construction litigation.

Mr. Smith has tried to verdict product liability, professional liability, personal injury and commercial cases in Mississippi state courts as well as in U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. He is a member of the Firm's 24 Hour Motor Carrier Emergency Response Team, a group of attorneys dedicated to providing rapid post-accident intervention and investigation throughout the Firm's footprint and beyond, whenever and wherever you need us.
