Baker Donelson's Robert E. Hauberg Jr. Appointed Co-Chair of ABA Section of Antitrust Law Committee

(Jackson, MS/June 1, 2011) Robert E. Hauberg Jr., shareholder in the Jackson, Mississippi, and Washington, D.C., offices of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, has been appointed co-chair of the Compliance & Ethics Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Antitrust Law. Mr. Hauberg, who previously served as vice chair of this committee, will begin his term as co-chair on August 9, 2011.

Mr. Hauberg, former leader of Baker Donelson's Government Regulatory Actions Group, concentrates his practice in antitrust, securities, False Claims Act and RICO litigation; white-collar crime; internal investigations including foreign corrupt practices and price fixing; corporate compliance; and litigation for financial institutions, health care providers, government contractors and public officials. He is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and official in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Hauberg has been recognized as a leading attorney in antitrust law, white-collar criminal defense law and corporate governance and compliance law by The Best Lawyers in America® and Mid-South Super Lawyers.
