(Nashville, Tennessee / September 17, 2014) Baker Donelson continues to expand its Real Estate and Finance Group with the addition of attorneys Elizabeth C. Sauer, Evan L. Clark and Casey N. Miley and real estate project manager Kerry L. Henson. Previously with Waller, the four professionals are joining the Firm's Nashville office.
Scott D. Carey, managing shareholder of Baker Donelson's Nashville office, said, "Elizabeth, Kerry, Evan and Casey bring a focus on the health care field that strengthens the capabilities of our real estate and finance group in an area that is seeing a great deal of activity. We're very excited about these latest additions to our dynamic and growing team."
This is the second significant expansion of Baker Donelson's real estate and finance group in Nashville this year. In January, Matthew T. Harris, Richard L. "Joining a firm with such a well-established and diverse real estate and finance practice together with an impressive roster of health care and long-term care industry veterans presented a great opportunity for us at what is clearly an exciting time of change and growth," Ms. Sauer said. "We're very pleased to be reuniting with our former team members who joined Baker Donelson earlier this year and are proud to be part of a firm with the strong regional presence and outstanding national reputation that Baker Donelson enjoys. We were also drawn to Baker Donelson's innovative approach to project management and staffing, and are thrilled to become stewards of the Firm's commitment to excellent client service."
