(Birmingham, AL / May 29, 2012) D. Keith Andress has been named managing shareholder for the Alabama offices of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Mr. Andress will maintain his practice in civil litigation while serving as office managing shareholder, a role he assumes from Timothy M. Lupinacci, who served as managing shareholder of the Firm's Alabama offices for five years.

He will now lead the Firm's Financial Institutions Advocacy Group, and will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in establishing Baker Donelson as a national leader in financial institution representation," says Mr. Andress. "Our goals for the Alabama offices are to continue expansion of our full service representation of Alabama businesses as well as national and international businesses that have operations in the state."
Mr. Andress represents financial institutions, title insurers and others involved in loan security and improvements to real property. Another major part of Mr. Andress' practice includes litigating cases involving breaches of contracts and business torts.
