In today's regulatory environment, the prospect of a health care provider having to conduct an internal investigation is not a matter of "if," but "when." Whether an internal investigation is handled effectively or ineffectively may have significant legal and financial consequences for the affected provider.

Holloway presented this 90-minute webinar designed for health care professionals who face the challenge of conducting an internal investigation when there is a complaint or suspicion that an employee or contractor has engaged in misconduct. Gina and James discussed an integrated team approach involving providers’ compliance and audit professionals, as well as outside legal counsel, working in collaboration to determine the relevant facts, evaluate the potential risks, and devise the appropriate solutions for providers.
