Christine Morse of Ober|Kaler's Health Law Group co-presented the webinar entitled, "340B Programs in Disproportionate Share Hospitals: What to Expect and How to Cope With Inquiries from HRSA, Manufacturers, and Senator Grassley."

Recent developments in the 340B Drug Discount Program have raised concerns regarding compliance with 340B Program requirements. Disproportionate Share Hospitals have born the brunt of the attention both from the government and the drug manufacturers. HRSA continues to audit covered entities; Senator Grassley continues to engage DSH hospitals in North Carolina; and manufacturers have stepped up their own audits of covered entities. As a result, many DSH hospitals will need to evaluate their 340B programs to ensure compliance and prepare themselves in the event of an audit or inquiry. This webinar will focus on the differences between these types of audits and how to prepare for them.
