Representative Transactions

  • Represented lead banks in leveraged lease financing of fractional interest in $320 million offshore drilling platform and $125 million grain terminal.
  • Represented acquiring E&P Company in $100 million plus asset acquisition of E&P Company.
  • Represented a number of bank holding companies in mergers with other institutions and in asset acquisitions.
  • Advised large private hospital foundation in formation of physician joint ventures.
  • Advised sellers in $100 million plus sale of interest in E&P Company to public company.
  • Represented broker in documenting and closing sales of stock of energy company for $100 million plus.
  • Advised regional bank holding company on formation and regulation of trust and insurance departments.
  • Represented upscale hotel developer in connection with construction, operational and contract issues.
  • Represented end user medical foundation of $200 million plus municipal bond proceeds and issuer of refunding bonds for grain terminal.
  • Represented national chain in several states in connection with reorganization, $600 million refinancing and licensing issues.
