Will Norton is an associate in the Nashville office of Baker Donelson. He is a member of the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Technology and Emerging Company Groups.

Will has advised many early-stage, high-growth companies with formation, fundraising, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and other general business planning and technology issues. He has particular experience with electronic contracting and software licensing and development. He has assisted a number of companies in developing policies related to the domestic and international use of electronic signatures and electronic contracts. He has also advised companies of all sizes on technology development, licensing and procurement issues.

Will graduated from the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in mathematics and computer science. During law school, Will focused on Internet issues and cyberlaw, graduating with a concentration in space and telecommunications law. He participated in internships at the First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt and the Federal Communications Commission's Wireline Competition Bureau in Washington, DC.
