When Cupid strikes in the workplace, should Human Resources be concerned?  The answer to this questions is very simple: Yes!  However, dealing with workplace romances can be extremely complicated.  This session will discuss the issues that all Human Resources professionals should consider when it comes to romantic relationships between employees, including policy considerations, the dynamics of the workplace romance and the potential legal implications for employers.
