Trevor Jones, an associate in the Real Estate/Finance department of the Birmingham office, assists his clients in acquiring, financing, leasing, developing and managing commercial real estate. Mr. Jones is among the few attorneys in Alabama confirmed by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional. The accreditation uniquely qualifies him to advise clients in industries related to commercial real estate development and leasing, including developers, retail industries, engineers and architects, as to the LEED certification process and requirements.
